Challenges

What was difficult, and how I solved it

Structuring projects for two parties
Challenge
Both the service provider and the client needed to see what comes next and who is responsible for it.
Solution
The data model splits every project into phases, sprints, and tasks, and each task is assigned either to the project lead or to the client.
Communication where the work happens
Challenge
Feedback spread across email threads and file shares gets lost.
Solution
Each task carries its own messages and file exchange, so both sides work through the same list instead of separate channels.
